Job summary

Four Seasons Living Center in Sedalia, MO is hiring a full-time LPN to provide compassionate nursing care for residents across day and night shifts. You will perform assessments, wound care, medications, and care planning in collaboration with a caring team.

The role requires empathy, patience, strong ethics, and the ability to supervise CNAs and other staff while following facility protocols and safety guidelines. Excellent benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure is required in Missouri.

• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications

• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings

• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies

• Respond effectively to emergency situations
