Shifts: Full-Time Day or Night Shifts available. 30-40 hours/week. 7p-7a or 7a-7p

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled care to our patient(s) requiring professional nursing.
• Prepare documentation accurately, timely, and according to NCP policy.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of nursing observations and care.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a LPN required in the state of SC.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Registered Nurse with home health experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured, in accordance with state and/or organization requirements, and in good working order.
• Must pass a pre-employment screening.
