Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a dedicated nursing team. The role includes providing high-quality patient care, collecting data, observing patients, and reporting findings to the care team.

You will help supervise and guide other nursing staff while adhering to state Nurse Practice Act and established guidelines. Positions available include 7pm–7am Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and a Weekday 7am–7pm shift.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients
• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed
• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment

Posted Salary Range

USD $25.00 - USD $32.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
