Position Summary

We are currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for full‑time positions. Our team offers 12‑hour shifts during the week and weekend, and includes a supportive nursing team.

Hours

• 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Full Time
• 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. – Full Time
• Weekend Warrior Program: 12‑hour shifts (days or nights), full time with shift differential for Friday–Saturday–Sunday or Saturday–Sunday–Monday.

Posted Salary Range

US $30.00 – $34.00 per hour.

Compensation Considerations

The wage range reflects a range of factors, including skill set, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state‑specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment.
• Deliver nursing care to patients, collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensed LPN in good standing with the state (as required).
• 1+ year of nursing experience in a long‑term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
