Job summary

Fundamental Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse in Florence, SC, to join a dedicated team. The role supports the nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care across 12-hour shifts (7a-7p and 7p-7a).

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, with at least 1 year in a long-term care setting, and reliable transportation to ensure attendance. Competitive hourly wage and benefits are provided.

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state (as required).
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long‑term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.

Posted Salary Range

USD $29.50 – $32.50 per hour.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
