Job summary

Fundamental in Maryland is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time day shift from 7a to 7p. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, teamwork, and adherence to state nursing practice standards.

Responsibilities include delivering nursing care, collecting patient data, observing and reporting, and supervising other nursing staff as needed. Must hold an active LPN license and have at least 1 year in long-term care; reliable transportation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $26.00 - USD $33.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
