Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Yonkers, NY is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our refreshed approach to skilled nursing. In this role you will provide care for residents in the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and educate residents and families while collaborating with physicians and CNAs.

• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Current License-LPN

Salary: Up to $42 hour
