Job summary

Shift Seekers Staffing invites skilled LPN/LVN professionals to join our flexible staffing team in West Reading, PA. We offer guaranteed shifts, self-scheduling, and holiday pay, with 8- and 12-hour shifts available across long term care facilities.

Full-time or per diem options provide reduced weekend and holiday requirements, with benefits eligibility starting after 30 days and comprehensive medical packages. Weekly or daily pay options support your preferred schedule.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state of employment or a valid compact license.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience as an LPN/LVN with at least 6 months in a Skilled Nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license.
• Must have at least 1 year working experience as an LPN/LVN withAT LEAST 6 months of working as an LPN/LVN in a Skilled Nursing facility
