Job summary

Shift Seekers Staffing in Ohio is seeking an LPN/LVN for nursing roles across Milford, Middletown and surrounding communities. The position offers full-time or per diem schedules, with 8- and 12‑hour shifts, and employment on a flexible staffing model in long-term care facilities.

You will provide hands-on resident care, supervise nursing assistants, and work under a supportive team. Competitive hourly wages apply with benefits eligibility after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must hold a current, active LPN/LVN license in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license.
• Minimum 1 year of LPN/LVN experience with at least 6 months in a Skilled Nursing facility.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.

Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license.

• Must have at least 1 year working experience as an LPN/LVNwithAT LEAST 6 months of working as an LPN/LVN in a Skilled Nursing facility

• Provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
