Job summary

Shift Seekers Staffing is hiring LPN/LVN nurses for on-site roles in West Reading, PA. You will provide direct resident care, supervise nursing assistants, and join a team that values stability and flexible staffing in Long Term Care.

We offer guaranteed shifts, self-scheduling, weekly or daily pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. Qualified candidates must have an active LPN/LVN license and at least 1 year in long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license.
• Must have at least 1 year working experience as an LPN/LVN with AT LEAST 6 months in a Skilled Nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
