Job summary
The Enclave at Rye Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Purchase, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on nursing care in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, resident care, education for residents and families, and collaboration with physicians and CNAs. Current LPN license required; we offer competitive wages, medical/dental/vision, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and employee perks.
