Job summary

The Enclave at Rye Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. Responsibilities include medication administration, including IVs, taking vital signs, providing resident care and treatments, and educating residents and families.

You will communicate with physicians and other health care professionals and supervise CNAs. Current LPN license required.
