Job summary
The Enclave at Rye Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an LPN to provide bedside care for residents in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, and ongoing resident care with outcome monitoring.
The role also involves educating residents and families, coordinating with physicians and CNAs, and participating in a team-focused care model. Competitive wages and a strong benefits package are offered.
