Job summary

The Enclave at Rye Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled care on our SNF and Long Term Care Unit. Duties include medication administration, vital sign checks, and resident monitoring with education for residents and families.

You will coordinate with physicians, NPs, and other health care professionals and supervise CNAs, delivering compassionate care in a collaborative team environment. Sign-on bonus available and comprehensive benefits.]

Qualifications

• Current LPN license required.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities
