Job summary

The Enclave at Rye Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled unit and long-term care team. You will administer medications, including IVs, monitor vital signs, and provide direct resident care with outcomes tracking.

Educating residents and families while coordinating with physicians, NPs and other health professionals, you will also supervise CNAs to maintain high-quality care. This role offers benefits and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license required.

• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
