Excelsior Care Group's Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center in Port Charlotte, FL, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered nursing care on 12-hour shifts within a supportive, collaborative team.

You will manage medications, implement care plans, perform wound care and nursing procedures, document observations, and protect resident privacy under HIPAA. Florida LPN license required; prior skilled nursing experience preferred; competitive benefits included.

Pay Rate: $27.50 – $33 per hour (based on experience)
