Job summary

Charming Lakes Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team in Lakeland, Florida. If you are passionate about delivering resident-centered care and collaborating with a supportive staff, we would love to meet you!

This role offers shifts across all times and a pay range of $28–$33 per hour, dependent on experience. Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, following care plans, documenting care, and ensuring HIPAA

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Florida.
• Experience in SNF or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures with accuracy and compassion.
• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and resident responses.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while protecting resident rights and privacy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida required.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
