Job summary

Excelsior Care Group is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Rehabilitation Center of Orlando. In this Full-Time role, you will provide compassionate care, administer medications, and support our healthcare team in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately document medications and treatments in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical staff with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care based on individualized care plans and physician orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to enhance resident care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, upholding the highest standards of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long‑term care, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team (RNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
