Job summary

Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident-centered nursing care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

You will manage medications, implement care plans, perform wound care, document observations accurately, and protect residents' privacy under HIPAA. An active Florida LPN license and SNF experience are preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Shifts Available: 12-hour shifts
Pay Rate: $27.50 – $33 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications:
