Job summary

Charming Lakes Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team in Lakeland, FL. The role covers all shifts with pay between $28 and $33 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Florida required.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and medical supplies in accordance with physician orders.
• Provide wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures with accuracy and compassion.
• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and resident responses.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while protecting resident rights and privacy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida required.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care.
