Reliant Care Management Company in Missouri is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for the night shift from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. to care for residents and support our care team.

The role focuses on maintaining safety and quality of care, assisting with daily operations, and leading CNA’s and CMT’s while following facility protocols.

Candidates must have an unencumbered Missouri LPN license and demonstrate empathy, integrity, and a team approach.

Qualifications

• Must have an unencumbered Missouri LPN license.
• Willing to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Demonstrated commitment to resident care and teamwork.
• Experience in geriatric or behavioral care is a plus.
