• Perform admission duties: assessments, MAR, TAR, POS, chart setup, physician orders, medications.
• Manage discharges: document, notify physician/guardian, arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care per protocols: irrigate, pack, dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs and ensure compliance with facility policies.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings

• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications

• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings

• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies

• Respond effectively to emergency situations
