Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Philadelphia, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles across day, evening, and night shifts. Weekend Baylor program offers added earnings and flexible scheduling for new hires.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medication administration, patient assessment, and documentation. A PA LPN license and acute LTC experience are preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Weekend Baylor Program – Limited Time Opportunity

Available for New Hires Hired Between June 23, 2026 and July 23, 2026

Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is pleased to offer a Weekend Baylor Program for Licensed Practical Nurses seeking a flexible schedule with enhanced earnings.

Baylor Program Details

• Work 32 hours each weekend and get paid for 40 hours.

• Complete four weekend shifts and receive pay equivalent to five shifts.

• Must work all scheduled Baylor shifts to qualify for Baylor pay incentives.

Baylor Schedule Options

Option 1

• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Option 2

• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Sunday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
