Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Supervise and support CNAs.
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
