Responsibilities of LPN

1. Provide patient care according to nursing standards and the written care plan, including physician’s treatment plan.
2. Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
3. Administer medications and treatments as per the plan of care.
4. Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes.
5. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with provided orders.

Qualifications of LPN

1. Current, active, and unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in PA.
2. Ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously.
