Job summary

The Waterford at Levis Commons in Perrysburg, OH, part of Sonida Senior Living, is seeking a dedicated LPN for full-time or part-time shifts. You will supervise nursing assistants, administer medications, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate care in an independent living, assisted living, and memory care setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience required.
• Must be licensed as an LPN, and maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Submit written and oral reports as required.
• Ensure adequate supply of medications and equipment; report needs to supervisor.
• Place pharmacy calls to order prescriptions.
• Maintain patient charts and perform general office duties.

LPN Responsibilities Include

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the Assisted Living Facility
• Administer all medications as ordered by the physician
• Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required
• Ensure adequate supply of medications, supplies and equipment is on hand to meet the nursing needs of residents. Report needs to the nursing supervisor
• Place phone calls to pharmacies to order prescriptions
• Pulls and prepares patient charts; performs other general office duties as required
