About the Role

As an affirm LPN, you'll provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically complex clients in the comfort of their homes. Unlike facility-based settings, you'll have the ability to focus entirely on your patient while delivering personalized, compassionate care that makes a lasting impact.
