Job summary

The Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in New York is seeking a committed Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its skilled nursing team on-site.

You will administer medications, monitor residents' conditions, record vital signs, and collaborate with physicians, NPs, families, and CNAs. This role offers recognition, advancement opportunities, and a supportive environment in a busy long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
