Millennium-Physician-Group in Naples, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role at 8855 Immokalee Rd, Suite 14. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay range starting at $26/hour and up depending on experience.

You will provide direct patient care under RN or provider supervision in a busy internal medicine clinic with dermatology exposure. Requires active LPN license and BLS, 2–3+ years' experience, strong vitals/injections/wound care skills, and

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• 2–3+ years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience in internal medicine; dermatology exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN or provider supervision.
• Obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, and medical history in the EHR.
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations per safety protocols.
• Perform wound care, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing.
• Assist with diagnostic procedures and examinations; prepare and position patients.
• Support providers during procedures, maintain sterile technique, and prepare instruments.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly.
• Reinforce patient education on medications and lifestyle.
• Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and tests; maintain room turnover.
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance; participate in quality initiatives.
