**Job Description Summary**Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time Location: 8855 Immokalee Rd, Suite 14, Naples, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay Range: $26/hr and up, depending on experience Experience Required: 2–3+ years Specialty: Internal Medicine (Dermatology experience preferred) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Paid Holidays Certification: Active LPN license + BLS required Bilingual: Preferred About the Role The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, and efficient patient‐centered care. Working under the direction of an RN, provider, or other licensed clinician, the LPN supports clinical operations across a busy internal medicine practice with dermatology exposure. This role requires a detail‐oriented, reliable nurse who can triage effectively, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing demands throughout the day. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and ensure exceptional patient experiences.**How will you make an impact & Requirements****Key Responsibilities**## Provide direct patient care under RN or provider supervision within state nursing scope* Obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, and medical history in the EHR* Administer medications, injections, and immunizations following safety protocols* Perform basic wound care, specimen collection, and **point‐of‐care testing** (glucose, urinalysis, pregnancy tests)* Assist with diagnostic procedures and examinations; prepare and position patients* Support providers during procedures, maintaining sterile technique and preparing instruments* Monitor patients for changes in condition and report findings promptly* Reinforce patient education on medications, treatments, and lifestyle instructions* Prepare exam rooms, manage room turnover, and restock supplies* Schedule appointments, follow‐ups, and diagnostic tests* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams* Participate in outreach activities (follow‐up calls, medication refills, preventive reminders)* Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation* Ensure infection prevention, equipment maintenance, and safety standards are followed* Uphold HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission, and state/federal regulations* Participate in training, continuing education, and competency assessments* Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives* Demonstrate excellent guest service to patients and internal team members* Perform other duties as assigned## **Qualifications*** Active **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** license* **2–3+ years of experience** in a healthcare setting* **BLS certification required*** Experience in **internal medicine**; dermatology experience preferred* Strong skills in injections, vitals, wound care, and triage* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain flexible with daily demands* Detail‐oriented, reliable, and committed to patient‐centered care* Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills* Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows## **Benefits*** Medical, Dental, Vision* **401(k)*** PTO* Paid Holidays**Compensation Range:**$24.20to$36.30*The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
