Job summary

Mosaic Health, LLC. seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Naples internal medicine practice with dermatology exposure. You will work under supervision to deliver safe, patient-centered care, document vitals and medical history in the EHR, and assist with procedures and education.

The role requires an active LPN license and BLS, 2–3+ years in healthcare, and strong communication. The schedule is Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with competitive pay and benefits in Naples, FL.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• 2–3+ years in healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience in internal medicine; dermatology exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision.
• Obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, and history.
• Administer medications, injections, and vaccines per safety protocols.
• Perform basic wound care and specimen collection; point-of-care testing.
• Support procedures with sterile technique and post-procedure prep.
• Monitor condition changes and report promptly; educate patients.
