Millennium Physician Group in Naples, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Home Health Team in Collier County. The role provides skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, performing selected nursing actions to support curative, rehabilitative, or preventive care.

You will administer medications, conduct assessments, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in Florida.
• Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as an LPN in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Accurately administer medications and educate patients on their medication regimen.
• Implement prescribed treatments, such as IV therapy and catheter care.

Compensation Range

Compensation Range: $24.20 to $36.30. The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
