Job summary

Millennium-Physician-Group in Naples, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role at 8855 Immokalee Rd, Suite 14. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay range starting at $26/hour and up depending on experience.

You will provide direct patient care under RN or provider supervision in a busy internal medicine clinic with dermatology exposure. Requires active LPN license and BLS, 2–3+ years' experience, strong vitals/injections/wound care skills, and

Qualifications

Active LPN license required.
BLS certification required.
2–3+ years of healthcare experience preferred.
Experience in internal medicine; dermatology exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under RN or provider supervision.
Obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, and medical history in the EHR.
Administer medications, injections, and immunizations per safety protocols.
Perform wound care, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing.
Assist with diagnostic procedures and examinations; prepare and position patients.
Support providers during procedures, maintain sterile technique, and prepare instruments.
Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly.
Reinforce patient education on medications and lifestyle.
Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and tests; maintain room turnover.
Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance; participate in quality initiatives.
