Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) in our skilled unit and long-term care unit in Tennessee. We offer a sign-on bonus and a variety of benefits, including uniforms and recognition meals.

Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, patient education, and coordination with physicians and care teams. LPN licensure in Tennessee is required and CNAs will be supervised.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7-7) and rotate days/nights.
