Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Kingston Springs, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am). The role focuses on skilled nursing care, medication administration including IVs where allowed, vital signs, resident education, and coordination with physicians and CNAs.

You will supervise CNAs, document outcomes, and support families. Eligible candidates hold a Tennessee LPN license.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.
