Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. Immediate hiring with sign-on bonus available.

Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, and supervising CNAs, with emphasis on resident and family education. Current Tennessee LPN license required.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.
• Experience with SNF/long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities
