Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for day or overnight shifts. This role offers a fresh approach to skilled nursing and opportunities for advancement, with recognition for dedicated work.

You will perform medication administration, monitor vital signs, provide resident care, and coordinate with physicians. The position includes supervision of CNAs and collaboration with families to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN license in Tennessee is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Able to work 12-hour day or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and IVs as needed.
• Record and monitor vital signs and patient status.
• Provide direct resident care and treatments with outcomes monitoring.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and treatments.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and health care staff.
• Supervise CNAs to ensure quality care.
