Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) with shifts available day and night. Competitive pay up to $35/hour for full-time or part-time roles, with opportunities for recognition, advancement, and uniform allowances.

• Active Tennessee LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents of the Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident education and family education.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
