Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is hiring an LPN/LVN for day or night shifts in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. You will administer medications (including IVs), take and record vital signs, and provide resident care with graduated outcomes.
