Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day or night shifts. We offer 12-hour shifts, immediate openings, and opportunities for advancement with recognition meals and resort vacation opportunities.

We provide paid orientation, training, and comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k). You will supervise CNAs and coordinate with physicians to deliver quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF/Long Term Care.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
