Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for day or night shifts. Salary up to $35/hour, with 12-hour shifts, full-time and part-time positions available, and immediate hiring.

You will provide care on SNF and Long Term Care units, administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, educate residents and families, coordinate with physicians, and supervise CNAs. Competitive benefits offered.
