Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. We offer 12-hour day or overnight shifts and immediate hiring.

Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), taking vital signs, resident care and treatments, and education for residents and families. You will supervise CNAs and coordinate with physicians and other health professionals.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Ability to provide resident care and education.
