Redeemer Health Care Center, a Cassia senior community in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate, resident-focused team. You will administer medications, coordinate care, and document using the facility's systems.

Responsibilities

• Displays courteous attitude and respect for residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administer medications per physician orders and monitor effectiveness.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment per policies.
• Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notify Clinical Manager, physicians, and family of significant changes and follow up.
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the shift.

Redeemer Health Care Center, a 5-star Cassia senior community, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Redeemer Health Care Center, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults.

Position Types: Part-Time

Available Shifts:

• Days 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Evenings 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Bonus: $2,500

Wage Range: $31.79 to $36.89 / hour depending on experience.

Location: 625 W 31st Street, Minneapolis, MN 55408

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota LPN license required
• CPR certified preferred or willing to get
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team
