Job summary

Hastings Senior Health & Living, a Cassia community in Hastings, MN, is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care to residents. Qualifications

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Long Term Care work experience required.
• 2 years of LPN experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
• Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
• Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
• Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
• Documents care using electronic charting systems.
• Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Type

Part-Time, working a varying schedule including every other weekend

Shifts Available

Days: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Part-Time)

Evenings: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Every Other Weekend Part-Time)

Wage Range

$27.89 - $36.26 per hour (based on experience)
