Job summary

Elim Wellspring, a Cassia community, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This full-time, nights shift role offers a $10,000 bonus and college tuition assistance to advance from LPN to RN, with student loan repayment opportunities.

Location: 701 First St., Princeton, MN 55371. You will provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes, in a nonprofit setting that supports staff

Qualifications

Shifts Available:

Nights NOC 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Assisted Living or Memory Care)

Wage Range:

$28.41 - $32.22 per hour based on experience

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans
• Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions
• Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides
• Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff
• Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders
• Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy
• Documents care using electronic charting systems
• Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties
• Performs other duties as assigned

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively
• Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults
