Regent at Burnsville, part of Cassia Community, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Burnsville, MN. You will administer medications and coordinate resident care in a nonprofit, caregiver-focused setting.

The role requires 1 year of assisted living nursing experience, MN LPN license, and strong communication. Flexible shifts are offered with no weekends in some schedules; benefits accompany full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of Assisted Living experience as a Nurse.
• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for residents, families, and staff.

• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment per policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, physicians, and family of significant changes and follows up.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the shift.

Regent at Burnsville, a Cassia community, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Burnsville, MN! Wage Range: $30.00 - $32.00 / hourdepending on experience

Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week), benefits eligible position

Available Shifts: Monday - Friday, hours could be 10:00am to 6:30pm or 11am to 7:30pm or similar (can be flexible). No weekends!!

Nurse Responsibilities

• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Nurse Qualifications

• MUST have 1 year of Assisted Living experience as a Nurse.
• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN LPNlicense.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
