Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) in Millersville, TN. Immediate hiring with a potential sign-on bonus.

The LPN will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications (including IVs), monitor residents, educate families, and collaborate with physicians and CNAs to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.
