Job summary

CareCore at Gaymont is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide resident-focused care in a supportive setting.

Shifts include Full-Time and Part-Time Day and Night options with a favorable weekend schedule. You will work under supportive leadership to deliver care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Accurately document care, treatments, and observations.
• Supervise and support STNAs while promoting quality resident care.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Available Shifts

• Full-Time and Part-Time Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

• Full-Time and Part- Time Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Only work one weekend per month!

What You'll Do
