Job summary

Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Medford, NY seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. Responsibilities include medication administration, including IVs, taking and recording vital signs, and supervising CNAs.

The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay option, and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
