Job summary
Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Holtsville, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. The role includes medication administration (IVs), taking vital signs, and providing patient care with outcome monitoring.
Responsibilities include resident education, collaboration with physicians and health care professionals, and supervising CNAs. A current LPN license is required.
